The staff is very friendly and helpful, it’s fairly affordable and the amenities are nice, though things like the hot tube should stay open later... but over all one of the better places in rexburg I’ve loved being here so far

submitted by Sasha M. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful Place — This is definitely the most amazing complex I've lived in. Only issue we've had so far is our upstairs neighbors. They've started vacuuming at 10 30pm on numerous occasions, and are just overall obnoxious with their day-to-day life. Granted, they probably dont realize their own noise level. Other than that, the complex is gorgeous and well maintained. The amenities are outstanding, on top of it I've never lived in a place that has an in unit washer dryer INCLUDED. Highly reccomend Mesa Falls
