|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I’ve enjoyed the everything so far My only complaint is that the playground is RIGHT by my apartment building even tho there is a nice grassy area that is in the middle of the whole complex and the play ground isn’t placed in a normal area but hey you can’t control that. It just gets super noisy

|Recommended: YesMesa Falls — we struggle a lot to find parking, as soon as school started there hasn’t been any available spots and we often have to park veryyyy far away from our apartment.
maintenance has been good but our drains are still clogged since we moved in even though we had filled a work order.
everything else has been great and we have enjoyed living there a lot great community and we have been very happy living here.

I have never lived anywhere that gave me same day service for maintenance issues. And Wes, the most recent maintenance worker to help us was outstanding in every way. He made us feel welcome and really seemed to enjoy his job. We were more than another job on his list. We were neighbors. What a breath of fresh air

|Recommended: YesWe had a large wasp nest inside an exterior wall connected to the master bedroom and the maintenance crew went beyond what is expected to fix the issue. Once they were alerted to the issue they spent days fixing the issue and would stop by periodically to insure the situation was not getting worse. Several times they risked getting stung in order to fix the issue. They were also the most patient I have every seen any apartment maintenance crew be.

|Recommended: NoRepaved the parking lot which sounds nice if they cared at all about their residents. Complete lacking of planning on their part. Plenty of cars in the parking lot unregistered yet they make their tenants pay to park 1.5 miles away yes, I calculated. Our options were get your car towed or figure something out. Do not recommend. Don’t live here
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience during the parking lot repaving. We understand how disruptive it can be, and we did our best to minimize the impact on residents.
To ensure everyone was informed, we sent out multiple email notices, included details in our newsletter, posted signs throughout the property, and flyered each apartment door in advance. We also worked hard to provide alternative parking options during the resealing process.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve communication and planning for future projects, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

Reason why overall review isn’t higher is because I felt like there were a lot of hidden alterable fees. I’d prefer these being more upfront.
Mandatory insurance, roommate transfer fee, gas and utilities are separate, etc

|Recommended: NoVery Good but depends where you are — The apartments and the buildings are very clean and well kept and up to date to living standards however, when it comes to noise, it is very dependent on how mindful your neighbors are. I unfortunately live underneath a family who cannot seem to control their children's nonstop stomping and screaming.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Complex — Our reserved covered parking spot is ALWAYS available to us, EVERYTHING regarding this complex is clean orderly, and ALL the staff are quick to respond and extremely hospitable understanding.
The -only- problem
There’s always that one guy who stomps on the gas pedal or has a Harley Davidson Motorcycle - but these are unavoidable, there’s always that one guy. I have noticed it doesn’t happen as often here Other than those noises, it’s calm, quiet and peaceful in our home.

|Recommended: YesPrompt emergency maintenance — We had a maintenance issue on a Saturday. I called the emergency number and Stephen the maintenance guy came right over. He rounded up the parts and got it fixed in record time. He was friendly and new his stuff.
