|Recommended: YesBest Apartments In Rexburg — When we first toured Mesa Falls, we fall in love right away. From open floor plans, to everything nice in the apartment, to central AC and heat, we were in love. The amenities here are unparalleled. We don't plan on moving for a long time.

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — We love it here The staff is attentive and the complex is beautiful. I don’t love that the other residents don’t use designated dog restroom areas, and they just don’t take care of the common areas. The people can be gross, but the staff and the premises are wonderful. So happy to call Mesa Falls our home.

|Recommended: YesComfortable and Great Starter Apartment — My husband I have now been at Mesa Falls Apartments for 2 months - it's been a comfortable and welcoming experience The maintenance crew is absolutely wonderful, responding to any requests within a very timely manner. Only downside has been some neighbors above and across from us who have had screaming fights, which have disturbed us, outside of quiet hours. When we mentioned the noise disturbance to the office, they readily acknowledged the issue and addressed our concerns.
The grounds are regularly maintained. However, many of the residents allow their dogs to poop on the grounds and do NOT clean up after themselves. We are concerned with little children playing in the feces or ourselves accidentally stepping in it.
We would rate Mesa Falls Apartments an 8.5 10 experience, as the staff has been very pleasant and welcoming and have addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesI like living here, everything is great. I wish the street lights would turn off at a curtain time late at night. They can make the room bright. Staff is excellent and extremely friendly — It’s like an apartment but it’s not noisy and feels like there’s not many people around even though there’s a lot of people here. Grounds well kept. Staff is amazing

|Recommended: YesNice living areas — The buildings themselves are really nice Very spacious for a two bedroom apartment. Sometimes you can here people through the walls but it's not very often.
I do wish that people were a bit better about picking up their dogs feces.

We do our best to help regulate having owners pick up after their animals, but if there are certain spots that need extra attention please let us know so we can send maintenance to help clean up that area a little more.
