|Recommended: YesIt's a great property. — It's clean and the management is great, and easy to work with. I enjoy having a gym and hot tub. The only downfall is the snow removal, but they get the job done quick enough for us to be able to get around still.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is a great apartment complex. In the one-bedroom apartment, you have to go through the bedroom and closet to get to the bathroom, so that is a little inconvenient if you have friends over. The laundry room is also behind the kitchen which is a little weird. Other than that it is a great place. There is a lot of space and the balcony is nice.

|Recommended: YesWell made and taken care of. — The apartments are clean and well taken care of by the polite and professional maintenance staff that rapidly respond to all issues with a great amount of knowledge to fix almost every problem to make sure they don't return. The grounds are well taken care of by the staff as well, the grounds look great at almost all times of the year under any circumstances, the plant life is particularly beautiful in spring time. The one dog park in town is here as well, although they recently changed it to rock a change not well received by the people living here it is clean and the animals all love being there. The office staff are all very polite, professional and clean as well and readily attend to the needs of everyone living here with haste and accuracy. The rent is a tad high for just anyone and everyone to be able to live here if they are plagued with huge financial issues BUT we love living here, our neighbors are great and there isn't anywhere else in town we'd rather be.

|Recommended: YesNoise is the only problem. — Living at Mesa Falls is a lot better than living anywhere else. We used to live in another apartment building and it was dirty, loud neighbors, and the lay out of the apartments were not ideal. We paid just as much as we would here at Mesa Falls. The only downside is if you live below 3 noise boys, who like to have friends over and play music. But other than that it's been pur favorite place. We also have talked to those neighbors and they have been a lot better at the noise. Everyone here is super nice. The maintenance is always prompt to fix issues depending on when you put it in, put things in early and they get fixed as early as they can, put things in after hours they get to it the next day and the leasing office is just as friendly and professional. Thank you Mesa Falls for being our home for the next few years
