|Recommended: YesWonderful, dog friendly community — This is a great place to live. It really does have a community feel. So many walk their dogs and stop to chat. Most of the pet owners clean up after their pets, so only a few immature, entitled dog owners.

|Recommended: YesMotorists in the community — There is a guy who always rides his motorcycle around the community for practice or for some reasons in the evening or sometimes during daytime. The motorcycle is really really really really annoying and usually makes a lot of and big noise Why he is so selfish and practices when people here deserve a quiet and enjoyable evening time after whole day’s work Hope this problem could be solved.

We wanted to thank you for the five star rating, but are sorry to hear about the motorcycle issue. There are quiet hours here at Mesa Falls between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. that we always try and enforce. If the noise is happening outside of these hours, you can contact the office with more information about the individual and we will try and contact the resident about the noise issue. If there is anything else we can do to make your stay better, please let us know!

|Recommended: YesNice, friendly staff, well maintained and great overall community amenities — We appreciate the staff's efforts to maintain the property and keep residents included and informed. Upon contract signing there was a few items that were not relayed properly that led to mismanaged expectations. On that note I have the general impression when bottom line meets the brass they are exceptionally firm on contracts and will hold as much of a deposit as possible at move-out as possible, but I haven't moved out yet so that is yet to be determined.
As far as our experience with living here so far, the apartments are probably the best non-student housing in town with good layouts, wonderful amenities and a great community. Our experience with staff has been great They are prompt to answer questions and concerns and maintenance is always fast to respond. Though they are apt to error, they clearly go out of their way to make tenants happy and demonstrate great courtesy. We are pleased so far.
The grounds are well maintained and noise levels are very low for a college town apartment complex of this size. Very family friendly community full of great people

|Recommended: YesWe haven't quite been here a week. — We really like the apt., smaller once you get all your stuff in So far seems pretty quiet My husband has been able to sleep in the afternoon, so that is a good thing. Quality, and love the staff We've really only heard people once.

We also love the basketball court, gym, kids room, playground, and covered parking. The staff has also greatly improved since we lived here 2 years ago. They are understanding and friendly.

They are quick to help with any maintenance needs and the staff have been great with following up and making sure our needs were met. — The apartment has a great kitchen, and for a 1 bed 1 bath it feels very spacious. I have liked how quiet it is. I have never heard my neighbors and I have enjoyed all of the amenities. People I know have told me that it is expensive to live here but I think it is a good price for what is included. Make sure you read the lease, some of the comments on the google reviews are people who didn't read their leases and were surprised by little fees like leaving your trash outside or not cleaning up for you dog because they didn't take the time to read their lease. The only downside that I can think of is that you can't sell your contract, you need to be willing to commit to live in the apartment for at least one year. Overall I was very satisfied with living here, I enjoyed the club house, the gym, and having a great apartment.
