|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Mesa Falls is a great place to live and we love it here. The layout is amazing and the apartments have lots of space. The grounds are nice as well. The only issues I have are the dog park and the excess of ice on the pathways during the winter. Both are maintained poorly. The dog park has more mud than grass and the walkways during the winter are ice rinks. Other than those two things Mesa Falls is awesome. It’s the best place I’ve lived at in Rexburg.

|Recommended: YesMesa Falls Apartments — I think the property is amazing. It is beautiful. Quiet and pet freindly.
I would suggest speed pumps as people fly by our apartments which is building 1. I would also suggest another bike rake. As all slots for the current bike rakes are filled and there is no place to put our bikes to lock up by building 1.

Management has always worked with us to keep our rent reasonable. We would highly recommend living at Mesa Falls.

|Recommended: YesMess Falls is ok. — It's expensive to live here and people are really terrible at picking up their dog poop. But the apartment itself is nice and I really like the clubhouse and amenities there. I also like that I can reserve the club room for activities.

|Recommended: YesThe Amenities, Cleanliness, and Location Sold Us — We really enjoy this apartment complex. Having a playground in the center within walking distance makes a world of difference. The private gym, game room, and kids play room are such a huge bonus. We also like that we have the opportunity to move to a 3 bedroom apartment as we grow our family. It is very clean and updated, and we feel right at home. I also like that it’s close to the freeway, but still out of the way of all the hubbub closer to the school. However, it is still within walking distance of the school.
