|Recommended: YesAwesome place and super friendly and helpful staff. — We have lived here for almost 2 months now and we love it. The staff is so nice and relatable and we feel at home. My wife and I will be at home for the next couple or few years we will be here. We also love the extra amenities such as a basketball court, awesome fun playroom, great work out center, park for our son to play on, etc. We have been very impressed with everything so far and look forward to future months.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment I've ever lived at — I love how much space I have inside the apartment All of the fixtures are up to date, and when we moved in it felt like a brand new apartment. The clubhouse is amazing and they always have fun events going on. The staff is super nice and we've never had a problem they couldn't immediately solve. I would definitely recommend living here

|Recommended: YesThe complex is spacious and visually appealing. — Living in Mesa Falls is actually quite enjoyable despite what some may say. The apartments are a bit pricey, but there is more space than most other apartments in town. The property is clean and spacious enough to take walks in.

|Recommended: NoIt's well kept. — Nice but too expensive, would not recommend because of that reason. It's a small apartment for too much money, especially considering you also pay a HUGE down payment and you pay for utilities as well... It was a struggle to pay for this apartment and also go to school. This apartment complex was the only housing available last minute and we had to sign a contract, or else we would have gone with something less expensive. Putting the price aside, it is a nice place and they did work with us when ever we struggled to make rent, but only the FIRST time. If money isn't a problem, this is a good apartment.

|Recommended: YesJust constant problems with parking. — Honestly, it isn't bad living here. The apartments are nice and I really love that it is dog friendly. I do have an issue with how many times I have come home to find someone parked in the spot that I was given upon moving in. It should be more strictly enforced on who gets what parking spot. Also, I have a problem with how often I see piles of dog poop everywhere, just left. It should be enforced for people to have to pick up after their dogs. I have suggested small surveillance cameras to help catch both the people parking in spots that aren't theirs and people that do not pick up after their dogs and I still haven't seen a change. I feel as though I was just brushed off.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live... Better than Stonebrook — Nice and quiet, at least on the third floor, and plenty of space to park. Management is easy to work with and very clear on expectations. My only complaint is that for some reason our spare bedroom get incredibly cold, even if we leave the door open all day and we have insulated curtains... We don't really know why it gets so cold. Other than that it's a great place to live, especially if you like quiet.

The only reason I can think that the spare bedroom might be cold is if the vent is closed or maybe if it is in the corner. They seem to get double the cold exposure outside.
