|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — This place is absolutely amazing to live at. The management is super knowledgeable and they respond very quickly to any questions we have. The maintenance team is also super fast and friendly as well. There are a bunch of parking spaces but when college kids move in, there can be times when it is hard to find an open spot. This place is clean and i would definitely recommend to friends

|Recommended: YesGreat, so far so good — Very clean, great open space and lighting. We can’t really ever hear our neighbors at all unless they are in the hallways. Tons of amenities and additional ones you can add usually for a small fee . A little pricey for your average college student but not bad at all if you have a roommate partner.

|Recommended: YesIt was a comfortable 2020 while i lived at Mesa Falls. 10 10 — Very professional establishment, everything was amazing. If you do pick an apartment here get one close to the trash because the walk in winter is no fun.

|Recommended: YesBest Complex in Rexburg — Out of all the places I've looked at in Rexburg, Mesa Falls is by far the best. The parking alone is a plus, but the features inside the apartment is great too. The Great Falls floor plan is open concept and affordable. The staff here is always kind and helpful. Not to mention the amenities are well worth a stay here.

The apartments are clean and have a nice layout. The amenities are outstanding and updated. We love it here Best apartments we've lived in for the best price we previously lived at the Village and Campus Married Housing Apartments .

|Recommended: YesAmazing property, however... — I love the property, we have lived here for a month and we love the amenities it provides for us A dog park, waste baskets outside, a park etc However their maintenance crew could use some help because we have submitted a work order for our AC and a diverter problem and have yet to get that fixed and it has been almost a month since we’ve put in the work order. Other than that, the staff is so nice and communicates well with residents Maya and Sophia are amazing
