|Recommended: YesNice, friendly and clean — It's a super cozy and friendly neighborhood here at the Mesa Falls Complex. There's only issues we've run into are the icy parking lots and side walks. We've taken our fair share of falls in the winter that we've been here. The apartments are so modern, offered with light wood floors that we love The staff is nice and super helpful and quick to answer.

|Recommended: YesMesa Falls is the Best Apartment I've Lived In — Mesa Falls Apartments are great. I've lived here for nearly 2 years while attending BYU-Idaho and I am highly satisfied. My apartment is very comfortable with nice fixtures and appliances. We have a dog and she loves it here, and the apartment property is great for walking dogs around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have needed maintenance work they are quick to respond and do a great job fixing anything. I would highly recommend Mesa Falls Apartments.

Our upstairs neighbors are loud, we can hear them almost everyday.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Fantastic — Living here is amazing, always has parking where you live uncovered parking . Amenities are awesome, I love the gym and hitting the hot tub after a long day. The neighbors have been nothing but courteous and friendly. I've had a great experience with their maintenance team, since they are always so far same day and perfectly fixed in a timely manner. Staff has been more than helpful, both on the phone and in person 6 feet apart of course . All in all, this is a perfect place if you want a fantastic place to live with great amenities.

|Recommended: YesNice but noisy — The clubhouse is fun. The apartment is nice but the appliances are cheap and you can hear your neighbors well. I appreciate the maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — It is nice, it’s more expensive then some apartments but you get all the amenities. If you live on the top floor apparently neighbors can hear you doing anything around the house, the apartments are spacious and have plenty of room, if you have a maintenance request don’t expect it the same day but they do a good job. The staff is very kind and very professional.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live while living on a budget — My husband and I live in the two bedroom, one bath apartment and we love it. Compared to our old apartment we feel much more a part of the community. The management staff here is great and the layout of the apartments feel very open and spacious compared to other locations. The only complaint I have is our upstairs neighbors being noisy pretty consistently, but that is to be expected on the middle floor.
