|Recommended: YesAwesome — The only issue I have is we have had three fire alarms go off while living here. Very annoying. I wouldn’t blame the apartment complex, rather frustrating neighbors. But all in all a very great place to live.

All the staff are kind and helpful which I really appreciate in an apartment setting. The amenities are amazing and the rent cost for living here, I think, is a wonderful price for all the amazing things that comes with it.

|Recommended: YesGreat but noisy — My wife and I live living here but our upstairs neighbors have their kids run around all day long and sometimes late into the night. Other than that we love it here.

|Recommended: YesAmazing — Living here is great. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. The staff is very professional here. Although during the winter the parking lot freezes over and is hard to walk and or drive on.

|Recommended: Yeswe are all about paying for what you get and with mesa falls we do, for the most part
parking can be a little hard with where our apartment is in regards to all the covered parking around it.
we love how much space we have but we did expect a little bit more cupboard space pantry space.
the staff has been amazing and very helpful with all of our needs and questions and information on what we need to do to make it a great stay.
we are on the third floor and we expected to pay 805 because it isn’t easy to get everything up here and we were not informed that it would be 815 instead because the “views and no upstairs neighbors” we felt a little upset about this because the “view” is the parking lot haha. it just would’ve been nice to be aware of the actual cost.
despite this we have loved it so far
