|Recommended: YesLove Mesa Falls — I haven't lived in an apartment complex like this before. ALL the employees are friendly and professional. Any issues I've ever had have been resolved immediately and with kindness. Though many college students live here, it is quiet and everyone is kind. It feels like a neighborhood and less like a huge apartment complex. The only thing that needs improvement is storage There is a definite need for more shelving or cabinets. That's it If you want to live somewhere safe, quiet, and with friendly, professional staff, Mesa Falls is the place to be

|Recommended: YesThank You — Just wanted to thank you for breaking a path for melting snow to make it to the drain, since we were starting to park on a lake I know it wasn't easy So THANK YOU VERY MUCH

We wanted the melting snow to have somewhere to drain without flooding your carport, so our maintenance team chipped away the frozen ice in the parking lot to make pathways for the melting snow.
