Living here, the apartments are great. Incredibly nice neighbors even helped us when we moved in and the apartments themselves are very nice. A great place to be in.

|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Overall this is a good place to live. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and it is pretty quite as well. I love that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. It was nice not to have to buy my own. My only complaint is that you have to pay for covered parking and that there isn't at least one spot dedicated to each apartment in the first place. It would be great if each apartment just automatically had a covered parking spot and then if it wasn't going to be used then it could be given to someone else.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I don't really have any complaints about Mesa Falls. The only thing is the sprinklers never seem to stop shooting water. It makes it hard to walk my dog around because the grass turns into mush and it's like walking through a swamp.
