|Recommended: YesNew, Worth the Price, wonderful Apartments — We came here because we had bought someone else's contract making it cheaper. Then we moved in and The apartment was mew and spacious. We found that the building is very energy efficient, saving us nearly 50 a month in Utility Bills compared to our last apartment. Lots of natural light, Washer and Dryer in the apartment, Dishwasher, large fridge, Water Heater. All these things make it so much nicer to live at Mesa Falls Compared to other apartments. I also love having my pet in this complex. The only complaint I have with this apartment is I wish the smaller apartments had ceiling fans at least in the Master Bedroom, and eventually in the Living Area. Very Wonderful apartments I would recommend this complex over any in Rexburg Currently.

The staff in the office is always professional and they give you at least 24 hours notice for any type of apartment entering. The appliances and everything in the apartments is well taken care of and they keep the outside grounds very clean as well. I have honestly loved living here

|Recommended: YesProfessional maintenance employees, but Hottub and gym overrun by non residents — Wonderful maintenance employees, our key and deadbolt started having issues a few months into being here, so I walked over to the main office to let them know and they called a guy who was already at our door before we got back. He got working on it and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Its good to see things done in a timely and professional manner. Everytime I've gone in the office they have been very professional and helpful.
The only negative thing I have to say about Mesa Falls is that non residents really abuse the hottub and gym. I live in the apartments directly across from the main office and my desk faces out the window so I see this go on all the time. I see so many people pull up with a car full of kids all unload and go to the hot tub being extremely rowdy, which ruins it for any residents that may want to use it. Same goes for the gym, I see people pull up in guest parking walk over and bang on the glass door for 5 or sometimes even 15 minutes or wait for a resident to walk by and ask them to open the door for them. I know thats hard to enforce, but something I feel you should be aware of.

The walls are kind of thin and we can hear their puppy is always making noise, plus the people above us make a lot of noise as well. Other than that, it has been a very pleasant experience so far. The amenities are great, the apartments are spacious, and my pups love the dog park Having a covered parking spot is also fabulous when it snows

|Recommended: YesI love Mesa Falls — I love living in Mesa Falls, the apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept very well. I feel like everything has solid quality and have had exceptional customer service from the office staff. The amenities are wonderful, as well. It's a great place to have a dog. Many neighbors are so friendly, and also have dogs for my little friend to play with. The dog part is a little dirty from dogs digging about, but it is maintained and no one has ever left any excrement about.
If you want quiet live on the third floor, I can hear my neighbors walking and consistently can hear their dog barking most mornings. It is very quiet at night, though.
My only complaint might be the maintenance. I submitted a maintenance ticket that turned out to be something I didn't understand how to run. When the maintenance came for a routine inspection they were a bit rude, overall, and especially when I asked about my initial request. Apparently they had just deleted my request because it was something that was working, and no one bothered to tell me that I didn't know how to work it or to check if I might be right . And then when I went out of town during the winter, I e-mailed Mesa Falls to let them know that I hadn't left water running in case the pipes froze. They forgot to lock my door after they came to make sure my heat was on, etc.
I would not recommend any maintenance services if you are not going to be home, I don't expect good customer service from maintenance people since it isn't their specialty and they seem to get the job done.
|Recommended: YesFamily — We loved living here and the staff was amazing Mesa Falls wasn't just a place to live it became our home and community. We loved living here and all the activities, professionalism and atmosphere Mesa Falls had to offer.
|Recommended: YesVery Good — I love living here I like the professionalism of management. The apartments are nice and I love having a balcony. There's always parking. My only complaint is that the floor dips in the master bathroom and there's a small strange bulge on the floor on my side of the bed in the master bedroom. Both were here when we moved in. But I never trip or fall because of it. You can barely tell they're there. Everything else is great. The maintenance staff fixes everything quickly and efficiently. The staff is respectful and kind. I love living here.
|Recommended: YesAn Honest Review After a Year. — The apartments are newer and the maintenance staff does a good job of maintaining the quality of the complex. The complex management seems to constantly. The maintenance men are fast and thorough. They are some of the most friendly handymen you will ever see.
There are some features that could be updated in the apartments
The tile linoleum floors in phase 1 apartments are terrible- easily scuffed and always look dirty.
The dishwashers are not good.
The placement of drawers in bathrooms and the kitchen are not placed appropriately for ease of use.
And if you have upstairs neighbors who like to stomp... be prepared for your light fixtures to shake.
The clubhouse, playground and grounds are useful and well-kept. And while some things could be changed, this is a nice place to live with a very convenient location.
