The staff is excellent, and the apartments are nice. The only things I think could be improved is the covered parking. I have an end spot so my car still gets covered in snow which I'm paying extra for to not have happen. I also think having the stairwells inside wood be nice, just because the snow sometimes gets on the stairs or around them and I don't want to slip. But overall great place to live Love it here

|Recommended: YesElevated Living — We love our experience here at Mesa Falls. The staff has always been so kind a courteous to all our needs and questions. The maintenance workers are incredible, I usually takes less than a day for them to come fix any issue that we put a request in for. Generally it's been the same day that they come in all honesty. Their gym is a little small but it's perfect for me, it's nice to be able to go at all house whenever you need to and the equipment is up to date. Their lounge room next to the gym and basketball court is also a nice addition if you just need sometime to veg out or blow off some steam. My husband and I would go there often to play a few rounds of pool. It's incredibly pet friendly and very welcoming of animals. I have a service animal and they were very kind and accommodating through the whole process. We live in the Private Falls layout and it is perfect for us. We love the space we have with our walk in closet, as well as how open our front room and bedroom is The construction is modern and beautiful. We love being close enough to campus but also far enough away that we don't have to deal with outrageous traffic. The only thing we didn't rate 5 across the board was the Noise. We have very rowdy upstairs neighbors, that not only walk heavily but play their television very loudly as well. I know it's to be expected to hear our neighbors upstairs but not to this extent. Though this is no fault of Mesa Falls that we have overly loud upstairs neighbors. Since it wasn't their fault we gave them 4 out of five stars when it comes to noise. We would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family who were looking for a place to live.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in Rexburg — It's an elevated standard of living with an affordable price. They worked incredibly well with my wife and I, especially with her service animal. They were kind, attentive, and reasonable in all things that we contacted them with. We live in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment, or the private falls and we throughly enjoy it. The only issue is our upstairs neighbors, being on the bottom floor you expect to hear something going on upstairs, but it's a little excessive. They walk very heavily footed above us even into late evenings, and we can hear them watching television or films. Though that is no fault of Mesa Falls that we have loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. We would continue to live here even if they were always above us. Over all it's an amazing place to live, with experienced well rounded staff.

We have a sectional and we were super happy it fit into our one bedroom apartment here. We do wish that we had more cupboard space though. We truly love Mesa Falls

|Recommended: YesNo complaints so far. — In the four months we've lived here we have no complaints. We love the environment, our apartment layout, and the people. The rent is affordable and appliances in the apartments are up to date. Love the gym and the full size basketball court and the playground for kids. All in all we are happy here.
|Recommended: YesLove our apartment, so much more than we expected to — It's super spacious, we love living here. I feel like the quality of the apartments is good. There are some higher priced complexes that aren't higher quality, but I don't feel that way about Mesa Falls. No complaints about the complex, except that you can hear when people slam their front doors and walk up the stairs. Management wasn't super helpful when we first moved in, and we felt like they didn't want to help make the process easier for us.

|Recommended: YesGreat community with excellent management. — Overall i think the best attribute this complex has is its maintenance department. They are extremely fast and their work is exceptional. The management, although at times is unorganized, is extremely nice and is always willing to work with you.

Although it is more expensive than most apartments in Rexburg, it is totally worth it. The apartments are clean and modern, we have plenty of storage, maintenance is great, and the onsite amenities are something that other places don't have.
