|Recommended: YesWe Love Mesa Falls — Mesa Falls has been really good to us and we love living here. We have an 8 month old and the playground and dog park have been a lot of fun for him. The basketball and gym are really good and very accessible.

I enjoy every day the wonderful view from my balcony and play in the game room with my family. The price is not too bad, considering all the amenities that includes the apartment. I would recommend this to my friends and any person interested in living in Rexburg.

|Recommended: YesThe complex is pretty nice and the staff are really friendly — The apartments are up to date and provide a comfortable living. The club house provides a lot of entertainment or all ages. There is a lot of parking available but only one parking spot under a shelter for each apartment. The office has great hours and the club house is open most of the time. Great location by the free way.

|Recommended: YesOne of the nicest places in Rexburg — These apartments are spendy for poor students but well worth the money that they ask for them. They are gorgeous inside and out. We haven't had problems with the staff and the maintenance is quick to respond.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice and organized. — The apartments and property of Mesa Falls is well kept and modern. The walls are a little thin, we can hear our neighbors on any given day. The hot tub is always busy at night, but is nice when there is room.
