|Recommended: YesExcellent Amenities, helpful friendly staff, nicely maintained. We love it here — Living at Mesa Falls, though we have been here only one month, has been a great experience. We love the Luxury model we are renting. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. We love the gym and the BBQ's as well as the jacuzzi and game room. There seems to be plenty of parking I would recommend this place to my friends. The only down fall would be the length of time you may be on a waiting list if you needed the ground floor unit only.

|Recommended: YesWorth the extra money — Mesa Falls has been a great place to live so far There were quite a few initial fees when we were signing our lease and then again when we moved in. However, the apartments are really nice and the amenities are seriously awesome It's a good community and people are always so friendly. We have had good experiences with the management and they are have been great to work with.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments to live in — We have really enjoyed our time here so far. Our only complaint would be that the bathroom in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is super tiny even for an apartment . We hardly ever hear our neighbors so that is great
|Recommended: YesApartment — The apartments are nice and you have plenty of storage. The rent is higher here than most places around town. It does get higher every time you have to renew your contact. But most places do. Overall its a good place to live.
