|Recommended: YesAffordable, Friendly, Clean and Modern — First off I absolutely love living at Mesa Falls The management had been nothing but helpful and kind to us. I see a lot of complaints about how expensive it is, or how management has lied to you or taken advantage of them - as for being taken advantage I'm sure that's something due to the fact that our generation is full of people who cannot socialize outside the comfort of their cellular device - any issue we have had at Mesa falls and escalated to management was resolved and if they were ever in the wrong, even in a minor way, they had no problem owning up to it, apologizing, and accommodating. If you know how to and are comfortable with communicate and express your feelings, management will take care of you very well. If you can't communicate and express your feelings, nothing that bothering you can be resolved. As for pricing being to expensive That's absurd, you get what you pay for You are getting a nice modern PET FRIENDLY apartment with an inunit washer and dryer along side with amazing amenities plus trash, water, wifi, and covered parking is included. If you end up living anywhere else outside of Rexburg region, you will come to find that you will be paying at least 980 for a one bed one bath and that's just your rent to live there - where you'll have to pay separately for trash, water, wifi, gas, electric, and covered parking. Mesa Falls is an amazing complex with so many high quality amenities, along side beautiful apartments and outstanding staff. I've dealt with other complexes in Rexburg and none of them can even compete with what Mesa Falls is and has to offer

According to reviews we had seen online, we were concerned about the staff and how our experience would be. Turns out, we have had a GREAT time here and have had a wonderful experience. The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. I think the bad reviews might of come from people who tried to push the rules or do things against contract. We have lived in many different places and have never experienced such a great staff that is willing to work with you and help you with various things The grounds are kept nice, maintenance is friendly and courteous, facilities are excellent, apartments feel like home The ONLY problem I have, is that the field by the park is ALWAYS soaked. I would go out there at various times to play with my kids and we never could because our feet were soaking in puddles Overall, it has been a wonderful place to be
