|Recommended: YesPretty great — It's really nice, the worst part about living here is that we have construction across in the back and it is VERY noisy. I cant leave my windows open during the day because there is so much beeping and hammering going on.

|Recommended: YesFantastic — This place has such a friendly vibe. The staff are so helpful and kind while still maintaining high standards. The only complaint would be the upkeep of the gym weight room, which still quite good, could use some looking at.

|Recommended: YesOkay, very well kept — It's okay. Rent is about the same for the rest of Rexburg, which all too high. I love having the Hot Tub and Gym on site though.

|Recommended: YesGreat — It's really nice apartments. We moved from the village, which was utter garbage in nearly every way. So mesa falls is a really nice upgrade. I think the price is fair for Rexburg.
|Recommended: YesClean, generous, modern. — Very clean, modern, spacious apartments, with lots of floor plans to choose from. You get what you're paying for, lots of amenities, and great resources. Close enough to campus, yet isolated from all the single college kids. if attending school.
|Recommended: YesClean, Private, Worth It — It is surprisingly quiet. Not perfect, but still quiet which is rare to find in Rexburg. The apartments are up to date and the management is far better than negative posts have tended to say. They are very understanding and willing to help when you ask.
