|Recommended: YesOkay, very well kept — It's okay. Rent is about the same for the rest of Rexburg, which all too high. I love having the Hot Tub and Gym on site though.

|Recommended: YesGreat — It's really nice apartments. We moved from the village, which was utter garbage in nearly every way. So mesa falls is a really nice upgrade. I think the price is fair for Rexburg.
|Recommended: YesClean, generous, modern. — Very clean, modern, spacious apartments, with lots of floor plans to choose from. You get what you're paying for, lots of amenities, and great resources. Close enough to campus, yet isolated from all the single college kids. if attending school.
|Recommended: YesClean, Private, Worth It — It is surprisingly quiet. Not perfect, but still quiet which is rare to find in Rexburg. The apartments are up to date and the management is far better than negative posts have tended to say. They are very understanding and willing to help when you ask.

|Recommended: YesIt is a great community with quality apartments for everyone. — I love the neighbors and the atmosphere around the complex, it's clean and neat and easy to find space to park and get around. The facilities are great and the location is also really nice, not too far from campus you need a car though , and close to several other roads and the freeway entrance so it's easy to go places. The apartments are quality apartments and maintenance helps them stay kept up.
