|Recommended: YesWe've enjoyed our stay — So far, we have loved living at Mesa fall. It is well kept, the amenities are ideal for our situation, and the staff has always been really helpful. It may be on the more expensive end compare to some of the married housing around BUT you definitely get what you pay for and it is more than worth it to us. Heater and AC always work great which is a big deal to us. It's clean, and matinance is on top of things. The kids room in the gym could not be more convenient. The park and place to run around is awesome. Over all we have really just enjoyed and appreciated it.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live. Sometimes the neighbors are too loud — I love everything about our apartment. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbors like to stomp around. I know it's not Mesa Falls's fault. Living on the bottom floor, we have to expect it. The noises cause anxiety in our dog with can make for a bad experience, especially when we leave our dog home alone. Otherwise, we love living here.

We're not pet owners, so unlike most people who come here because they allow animals, we came here because we wanted to live in a place that felt like home. We actually wish that Mesa Falls didn't allow animals because the noise and mess that dogs cause around here is one of our only complaints. People argue that Mesa Falls is too expensive and I agree that it's very pricey, but we are willing to pay for the amenities and comfort we enjoy here. We love the clubhouse, playground, beautiful grounds, and guest parking. Inside our apartment, we love having air conditioning, modern fixtures, a washer and dryer, an open layout, and a patio. Living here gives us the allusion that we're not broke college students, and we like that. Living comfortably is worth the extra 200.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best places I have lived in — It is a very nice place where I feel that my family is safe. The staff and management are nice and helpful. The only thing I wish my apartment had is a towel closet or a coat closet ... other than that everything excellent.
there are other things that do not depend on the property itself like noisy neighbors, so that is nothing I cannot blame on the place... I love living here.
