|Recommended: YesApartments and grounds are nicely organized landscaped - very welcoming atmosphere. — Mesa Falls is a really nice apartment complex with some of the best landscaping grounds features in Rexburg. The only complaint would be the lack of compliance by a lot of the tenants to pick up after their dogs and properly disposing of their trash. It would be awesome if management would either increase the severity of the penalties i.e. not fines, but removal of pet or tenants put up monitoring cameras or host a clean up the complex a few times a year and those tenants who participate get a certain deduction from their rent for that month.
|Recommended: YesMesa Falls Rocks — It is a very nice place to live The dog park is nice for my wife’s ESA and the jacuzzi is nice The only downside is being able to hear our neighbors above us ever since the refurbishment of some apartments from carpet to Vinyl flooring.

The apartment does need new flooring because the carpet and laminate have damage. Other than that, it is very nice.

|Recommended: NoPrices are high for what you get. — Mesa Falls is a nice apartment complex with many amenities. However you do pay for the nicer perks. Something they don’t tell you is that you have to pay to reserve the clubhouse which is part of the amenities, some people are able to look over this. Also sometimes I feel the management is looking to scare us into locking in our contract by threatening to raise the prices. Regardless, we really enjoy the hot tub and love our ward. Our ward is the main reason we want to stay at Mesa falls. Our neighbors are nice people and we all try to be considerate of each other. Overall it’s a good place to live.
|Recommended: YesIt’s a good pet friendly place — Mesa Falls is a nice place to live but there are a few kids that cause a ruckus by yelling, arguing, and even throwing rocks at times. As long as you don’t have to deal with those kids, it’s a great place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to accomodate a young family — Mesa Falls offers great amenities that our family loves to utilize. We love having the park close and the fitness center, gym and game room are used often. The apartment layout works well for our family of 5 and accommodates our needs. We love that we have a dog park to take our dog to, however, we feel that it needs better attention on those grounds. It gets too muddy from the sprinklers or rain making it hard to enter the sloped entry and bringing home mud on the paws is a drawback.
|Recommended: YesWe've enjoyed our stay — So far, we have loved living at Mesa fall. It is well kept, the amenities are ideal for our situation, and the staff has always been really helpful. It may be on the more expensive end compare to some of the married housing around BUT you definitely get what you pay for and it is more than worth it to us. Heater and AC always work great which is a big deal to us. It's clean, and matinance is on top of things. The kids room in the gym could not be more convenient. The park and place to run around is awesome. Over all we have really just enjoyed and appreciated it.
