|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with my daughter. The staff, neighbors, literally anyone around here, are all so nice. Property managers are on top of everything and are very kind to work with. Maintenance is AMAZING Any time I have any problems, they are there within 24-48 hours Always very kind and professional. Living here has definitely simplified my life. 10 10 would recommend

|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — It is a bit overpriced. We deal with construction and all of the mess and noise from it. Moving from another state, we cannot view the property in person prior to moving in. This should have been disclosed in some way, shape or form. Parking in a nightmare and it's not fun parking in construction rubble since awning spots are limited, yet all taken. Maintenance staff is great, efficient and communicative. Sidewalks seem to be plowed and salted properly which is good. We haven't had any issues with the property staff as they are always readily available.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The apartments are super nice and all the staff is amazing and super easy to work with. I love all the different amenities that are offered and that majority of utilities are included in the rent. They truly do hold up to also being pet friendly with the least amount of restrictions I was able to find in Logan.

|Recommended: YesMaybe the best apartments in Logan — I have lived in Logan now for six years. I have lived in 3 different student-housing-type complexes, a shared house, and a studio apartment, and have visited with friends living at several of the other luxury' apartment complexes around town. I also applied to live at several of those complexes before signing my lease with Strata. From the start, the leasing office was great about being responsive and transparent regarding availability, especially compared with the other complexes in town. Once we moved in, we found that the apartment and complex amenities were all exactly as advertised and met or exceeded all of our expectations. We have only had to have maintenance done once, and A.J. was assigned our work order, called me to set up a time to come by, and fixed our issue all within 20 minutes of my putting in the work order. I would highly recommend Strata to any young professional, couple, or anyone looking for a higher-end apartment or townhome in Logan My girlfriend and I have even found a nice community of neighbors in our short time living at Strata.

One recommendation would be to have a listing visibility of when the amenities are available or being used. Other than that awesome staff, maintenance Rocks
