|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments and Staff — These apartments have some of the best staff I've ever worked with. Maintenance is quick and the main office people are incredible. The apartments look very modern and the open layout makes the apartment feel bigger. My main complaint is the paint and the lack of parking. The paint in the apartment chips easily, and paint on the shelves in the pantry has been peeling off. This is frustrating because we do store food and appliances on the shelves, and paint will occasionally peel off if we pick up something. Additionally, the lack of motorcycle parking and general parking makes it hard to actually be close to your apartment. Motorcycles will take up an entire spot, which is frustrating. If you come to the complex after 7pm, you are lucky if you can find a spot by the front office.

We appreciate the feedback and honesty in your review. Strata Apartments is almost fully occupied and as a result, this can create limited parking. I see that you do not have a carport on your account. Is this something you are interested in? I can look at our carport audit and see if we have any coming soon or available now that would be convenient for you. I can also send you some screenshots of how to access our availability map for carports on your resident portal if you would like those.
You may park your motorcycle sideways in front of your vehicle if you'd like.
The paint on the pantry shelves is something we are aware of being sensitive to chipping/peeling due to the initial application from construction. Our maintenance team repaints these are every move out to add a thicker layer. I do want to assure you that upon moving out, any small chips/peeling that is wear and tear will not be charged back to you, as a resident. I do suggest pantry shelve liners to avoid chipping, peeling, and possible stains if this is something you are open to.

|Recommended: YesPretty good — Overall a great experience. I have tried to reserve a parking spot 2 times now and they keep giving my spots to other people. I wish they would be a bit quicker and more upfront about that stuff because my pregnant wife would like a close-ish parking spot

I see that you had requested two carports in the past, but they were requested before you. We use the request date to to be fair. When the new feature was implemented on our website, we had a lot of requests to take care of, and some of those requests made by other residents were by accident. We got a little behind on reaching out to all the residents who had made requests whether they were approved or not. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have some closer spots opening up near your building soon.

|Recommended: NoLiving at Strata — We have enjoyed living here at Strata. The apartment is very nice and good quality, and we love the amenities. The only bummer is that we can hear our upstairs neighbors regularly, usually listening to music or having parties until 1 AM which makes it hard to sleep. Sometimes there is trash that blows through outside through the parking lot and grass but nothing too crazy. Overall, living at Strata is good, but not great, mostly just because the noise levels of other neighbors are pretty bad.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community. 10 10 Would Recommend. — The units are reasonably priced, modern, appealing, and spacious. The amenities are also a huge pro to living here. The pool, gym, game room, and clubhouse are perfect for work and play. I do wish the dog park wasn’t grassy though. Makes it kind of swampy and my dogs tend to smell bad after they’ve played for a little there. Would have been better if they put sand in there instead IMO.
