We understand the water is hard in this area and the mineral build up can be frustrating.
Regarding the hot tubs, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by their occasional repairs we have had to do. We take the enjoyment of the hot tubs very seriously and address any issues right away. Sometimes it does require us waiting for a part but we are committed to ensuring that our amenities are consistently in excellent working condition. As a side note: please do not push the red emergency button for the hot tubs. That shuts them down and causes them to shut off until we get here the next day to turn it back on. If you see someone doing that let us know. It is for emergencies only.
We also appreciate your feedback on the cleanliness of the breezeways. Our maintenance team regularly washes and sweeps them during the summer months. During the winter months we can only sweep and blow out the debris. We do ask residents not to leave their trash outside the doors and to double bag their garbage to prevent spills from trailing while taking their trash to the dumpster. Many of our residents do which helps also to maintain a cleaner breezeway. We will do a much better job at keeping them clean and inviting for you and your guests.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — i love this place my apartment is nice, there were a few things that needed fixing but staff was quick to help me schedule a time to have them come fix it. the amentities here r amazing, the only thing i dont like is the parking. there is barely any spots to park around my building especially after 5 when everyone gets off work. im still in the process of trying to get a car port near my building so i always have a parking spot and those r quite pricey as well.

|Recommended: YesGood Complex Bad Unit — We moved into a unit that had a considerable amount of issues including cleanliness. The apartment seemed to not have been cleaned from the previous tenant as all the floors would make our feet black from walking on it, all cabinets had a sticky film which was incredibly difficult to wash off, carpets not cleaned, guest bathroom toilet out of commission and more cosmetic issues such as a lot of paint on the floors, extremely rusty door hinges, stains in the counter tops. There was also an ant issue that didn't go away after maintenance sprayed, so we also sprayed and that since has helped.
Luckily the staff has been amazing here about reaching out and getting things fixed. They came back with another cleaning crew for the floors and cabinets, then replacing the door hinges. We still are down to one toilet as the other is not usable, and hopefully maintenance will bring a plumber into this situation. Maintenance crew has been AWESOME
Honestly this has all been incredibly stressful, and even with the offer of switching units, we were unable to do so as the first move was really difficult already. I'm disappointed with how things happened but office staff crew and maintenance have been doing what they can to right the situation.
Unfortunately a lot of tenants do avoid picking up after their dogs and there tends to be a lot of droppings' left in the decorative gravel. But I understand there's only so much the complex can do about this.
Good place to live but please please do your own inspection of the home on day one, and be very diligent about reaching out to staff for getting issues fixed.
Walls are fairly thick compared to other apartments which helps with sound a ton. Amenities are great, good playground for kids, small dog park for dogs. I think overall it's a good place to live considering our situation may be a one off situation.. I really hope .

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I decided to live in a larger Strata apartment after getting divorced. My two kids and I live here comfortably. I'm able to have guests over who are impressed with the clubhouse amenities. Sometimes other tenants' pets leave pee and poo around the grounds, but the maintenance staff has come around with power washers to deal with it. Great place to live so far.

Club house and amenities are really good and as far as noise goes, hardly hear anyone except the cars on the passage ways off the street.
There are a couple of construction glitches but understand the cost quality, I.e. door stops anchored directly into drywall and not studs or baseboards,
