The only complaint I have is that there is never any parking spaces near our apartment so bringing groceries in is always a hassle. I know we could just buy covered parking, but we don’t have that kind of money.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I’ve been living at Strata Apartments for a little while and it has been an amazing experience The property is beautifully maintained, and the modern design of the apartments really stands out.
The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to ensure tenants are happy and taken care of. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly, often within the same day.
Overall, I feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported living here. Strata Apartments really feels like home, and I couldn’t recommend it more

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Overall it’s a wonderful place to live. The construction and people not picking up after themselves is not Strata themselves fault, once that is over and people respect their home surroundings and other’s it would be a 5 star hands down

|Recommended: NoNice place — The apartments and staff are nice. The club house is fun. However parking near our apartment is limited at best and getting a covered spot is extremely difficult.

Ive only lived here a short amount of time, but there's already been a couple hand full of times where I've had to park quite a ways away from my building. Its not so much an issue as it is a bit frustrating. Other than that, this place is great

|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Great — They keep it nice and always have people cleaning the halls outside the apartments and keeping the grounds as clean as possible. They are super nice when they replace our air filters. The office is responsive and always answer my questions to the best of their abilities. The game room, the indoor court, the workout room, etc are always kept clean. I also love the bike storage
The only bad thing is how they charge extra for covered parking and there are hardly any open spaces available

|Recommended: Yes9 10 — There's hardly any parking available during most times of the day, and very irregularly does a spot open up for a rentable covered parking space where you need one. However, everything else is great. The staff are all helpful and considerate the grounds are well taken care of. There are many amenities with frequent upkeep. Overall an amazing place to stay, I just wish I could park near my apartment more often.
