|Recommended: YesGreat place except for one thing — I have loved living here. I’ve met a bunch of friendly people, the apartment is super nice, pretty good views, hot tub and pool are super nice. Everything is great. Except for the sport court and club room. Why would you advertise having an indoor sport court and a very nice club room if you make your residents pay each time to use it The sport court is the first amenity shown on their webpage but it says nothing about having to pay to use it. They make you pay 25 to use the sport court for one hour and 75 to use the club room for 3 hours. I can reserve an indoor tennis court for cheaper at Sports Academy in Logan. And 75 to simply use a room in the club house Ridiculous We already pay 1330 per month for rent. Don’t list these under amenities without also advertising that you must pay to use them. False advertising.
Again, I love living here, but I was very upset and disappointed to find out that you have to pay to use the advertised amenities.
Isabel, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback as it is important to us to hear what your thoughts are. Yes, it does cost $25 an hour if you have 5 or more people besides your household, if you want to rent the Sport Court. It is free otherwise. If you and other residents are using it and each of you bring 4 friends, again it is free. We set it up that way to insure our residents are able to use and enjoy the amenities. |Recommended: YesI moved to Strata three months ago and I love living here. I have had a couple minor repairs and a member of the staff came immediately and fixed the problems. The staff make every effort to keep the area clean in spite of ongoing construction. Everyone who works here is friendly and wants to make it a good experience for the residents. I especially appreciate that I can get help 24 7 in case of an emergency Thank you

|Recommended: YesGood place to be. — It’s a good apartment. I lucked out with the placement in the property and have a nice view. However, parking is bad, and they made it so it’s basically required to pay 40 mo for a barely covered parking spot, unless you like to walk far away to a general spot.

Our team tries their best to pick up debris/trash from the parking lot throughout the day and will continue to do so. We also want to make sure that you know carports are only $15.00/month. |Recommended: YesGood staff. Never had any problems at all. — Everybody I deal with that works for strata is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is excellent and quick. My only complaint is I wish there was recycling and that people would pick up their pet’s feces in the dog park.

The neutral but fresh, modern design made it easy to add personal touches and make it my home. But my favorite thing about this place is the people The office staff are so friendly and helpful. Maintenence goes above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and keep things looking great I especially appreciate Travis always taking the time to say hello and give my dog some love every time we run into him.
