Also any questions or maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. The amenities are great as well. And the website is well designed and easy to use for rent paying and other basic needs as a rentor. The porch is also a nice feature. My expectations have been exceeded on every level

|Recommended: YesThe best Rexburg has to offer in apartment living — Owning a pet here costs way too much. That is the main con of living at Mesa Falls. Also, the rent is pretty high compared to other places in town, but if you can afford it, it is well worth it. Large, spacious feeling apartments. AC and heating both work great. In-unit laundry is the best thing since sliced bread. We cannot hear our neighbors half as much as other places we have lived in town. You will always hear them a bit it is an apt , but here, you only hear them if they drop something or if they have their TV up really loud The balcony is great, especially on the warm nights and early morning to watch the sun come up. Living at Mesa Falls really takes a lot of the stress out of living in Rexburg. I was pampered by city life, and the community at Mesa Falls makes me a bit more comfortable way out in SE Idaho.

Our pet fees are comparable to the Rexburg market, and may be a bit higher, but we do charge this so that way we can keep the grounds and apartments as new and fresh as possible for future residents with or without pets. |Recommended: YesLove it — My husband and I really like living here. The rent is a little high, but it is well worth it. We love all that Mesa Falls has to include for us and we enjoy our cozy little apartment.

We've heard our neighbors maybe twice--which was one of the things we were worried about with apartment living. Management is great, maintenance is quick. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

|Recommended: YesMesa Falls has a beautiful atmosphere and a great community! — Mesa Falls is a great place to live whether you are just starting out, or are settling down for a long-term home. The community is great and the environment is clean and gorgeous! The only thing is the additional costs and fees you don t expect to have to pay compared to other apartments in the area, such as garbage and sewage. I also was surprised that utilities weren t included, especially since the cost of living here is already so high.
