|Recommended: YesThey are nice apartments. — They are nice apartments but it is really noisy. I can always hear my neighbors all the time. There needs to be a time set that is quiet time. Like quit playing music loud and the TV loud at like 10pm each night. The vibration in my floor from the downstairs neighbors TV at night is ridiculous and it should not be happening. I can hear their TV at midnight and it makes it extremely difficult to sleep.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — I just wish we had more storage space in the apartment. We are in a one bedroom though so I guess that can be expected. Also internet has been very poor. Other than that everything has been very great.
|Recommended: YesMesa Falls is so great — I absolutely love living here, the apartments are super cute and cozy and they are pretty new which makes them even better. Also, the hot tub and gym are great and management is super friendly and helpful.

They made the application and approval process enjoyable and stress free They even gave us a tour of our apartment without prior notice. We can't wait to be here.

But, if you compare the amenities, layouts, apartment sizes, and everything else you'll see that Mesa is actually a bargain. To top it all, the staff here is great. They're always here to help

|Recommended: YesBeautiful New Apartments — The maintenance staff are so nice and everyone has been respectful and pleasant from the management. The exercise facilities are great and have been available the times I have been there. The hot tub is another story, but of course that is going to be popular. It would be nice if there was free wifi in the gym and clubhouse area.

|Recommended: YesWe love Mesa falls it has been amazing living here — We have loved living at mesa falls management is super great and all very friendly we haven't had any problems they fix everything before you even knew something was wrong they are so on top of everything we have loved the apartments they are built so well and super sound proof we cant hear anything from any of our neighbors. There is plenty of parking for everyone and the ammenities are great and the price is not bad it is about the same as every where else in Rexburg but these apartments are way nicer.
