|Recommended: YesIt's nice, has good amenities, up to date and modern. — I do like living at the residences. The apartments are really nice. It has a great amenities like clubhouse, gym, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. You don't hear your neighbors that much. Maintenace is pretty solid. Sometimes snow can build up for a little while n the sidewalks but they get to it pretty fast. You don't have to shovel at all which is a plus. You can put in requests for any maintenance service you need ad they will most likely help with that. The gym has majority of the equipment u need, lacks just a few of them.

|Recommended: YesTop Notch Apartments — I was not looking forward to moving back into an apartment, but this place is extremely nice. It's very quiet. I live on the 2nd floor and have never heard anyone above or below. The unit is well done with nice features and new washer dryer, dishwasher, stove, and fridge. Utilities are DIRT CHEAP Have been absolutely thrilled with the place so far.

|Recommended: YesFeels cozy, comfortable, and clean. — One of the things we were looking for when apartment shopping was something that felt tight knit and comfortable. We like the layout of our two bedroom and how furniture can fit. We like that it is clean and the grounds are well kept. Staff are friendly and maintenance is quick.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My wife and I love living here. The apartments are well laid out and extremely well insulated and sound proofed. The area is kept very clean and maintenance is very fast to respond if any thing needs done. Very good pet policy, probably one of the best in town if you own big dogs. No complaints and plan on staying here for years to come.
