|Recommended: YesNice place to live, a bit pricey for the actual amenities. — I realize some things cannot be changed because construction is ongoing. Parking can be challenging because of two things, close proximity of carport columns to vehicles and overall size of parking spaces underneath carport. It was stated initially that there would be water and coffee available at any given point in the common room near the office. I've been unable to find a bottled water in there yet. The Staff is always congenial, conversational, and willing to assist, however, I've asked for parking adjustment for a month and had no solution offered.

If you would like a different assigned covered carport by your building please let us know, we do have 1 option available. We often have bottled water on our table area in the leasing office, if it is out in the community cooler area. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you, our staff is happy to help you !

|Recommended: YesClean and Convinient — Has been great so far. Wish there was more sound-proofing. My apartment faces the road and it is noisy. We are going to need a turn signal to get in and out sooner than later.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — We love these apartments. They are new, clean, and fresh. We love that they include wifi. The clubhouse is awesome and we have hosted events with friends which has been a blast. We are excited for the pool to open soon. And the kids play area is so nice to take littles out to play and swing. We love living here.

I love that the clubhouse, gym, and hot tub are so accessible as well Can hardly ever hear my neighbors above Staff is friendly and always willing to assist with needs. I like it for my first home.

|Recommended: YesLocation is key — Having the apartments close to many areas in Idaho Falls is a huge plus. We are very close to the mall, restaurants, the hospitals, etc. Some people leave their dogs' poop and don't pick it up, which is gross, but that is also a resident problem, not a management problem. When we were first wanting to move in, we wanted to be in building 3 because of the view of the clubhouse, hot tub, and pool . We picked our place, and everything was fine. However, a few weeks before we were going to move in, they said it was not ready for us, and we were told that we had to pick a place in building 2. A few days after we moved in, we saw people living in building 3.... Overall, though, the apartment is very modern, the staff is very helpful, and we love the workout rooms. The maintenance worker, Kahoi I think I spelled his name right , is very friendly, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable about the appliances and how to fix them. We would, and already have, recommend this place to many people.
