|Recommended: YesVery nice — The apartments are super nice, tall ceilings and pretty spacious. I love the balcony and the assigned parking. Free fiber internet is amazing. Sound insulation is pretty good, except i can sometimes hear screaming children. Especially when the downstairs neighbor locks their small child on the balcony for some reason.

|Recommended: YesThe residence — It's new and better then most apartments in the area. Parking isn't very good if you live on the ground level. I have to park on the other side of the building.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — This is a great place to live. This is the first apartment complex I've lived in besides college dorms and its literally everything you need starting out The wifi is fast, units include washer and dryer, and the gym yoga room are fantastic I'm excited for when the pool opens so I can invite my nephew over on the weekends. The location is also great. Walmart, Target, Edwards Theater, and Borliums are within 10 minutes from the apartments. The commute to the west side of town isn't bad as well. Hop on first street and your downtown within 10 minutes. The only complaint is that we do hear our upstairs neighbors all through out the day and into the evening. It's not over the top or anything but what would you expect with a family with more than one small child living above you. Love this apartment complex and I hope to stay here until I buy my first house

|Recommended: YesLiving at the Residences is wonderful. — I’ve lived at Residences for little over a year an just renewed my lease. The apartment is quiet and well constructed. Love the floor plans. Ample closet space and kitchen storage. Nice sized patios. There is a pool, hot tub, fire pit, yoga room, and exercise room which are very well maintained. I appreciate that Safety is very important to the staff so they enforce the rules in using the amenities. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The maintenance crew is prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Even emergecy calls on Sunday are answered and service provided usually within a 1 2 to one hour. The apartment is economical to cool and heat even with subzero outside temperature . The office staff is efficient, courteous, and helpful at all times. They are knowledgeable of the area for us newbies to Idaho Falls. They are open to any suggestions. The tam supports tenant functions. I love living here. Bonus it’s close to shopping but is just outside the noise of the city and has a beautiful view of nearby mountains.

|Recommended: NoNot What We Expected — Looked great online, but would not recommend living here. Building construction is very poor with cheap materials. Poor insulation- hard to maintain temperature in winter and we could hear every step and toilet flush of our neighbors. Promoted as dog-friendly but no one picks up after their dogs. Staff are very friendly but unreliable and disorganized. We didn't use many of the amenities because we were informed by management of their misuse- nudity and alcohol in the spa, children unattended in the yoga room, damaged exercise equipment, etc. We moved out asap.
Thank you Elizabeth for letting us know about your concerns, we were surprised to hear about some of your issues. We are sad to know that you are not enjoying your stay with us. You are still a current resident here, and we would love some input on how we can make the remainder of your stay better. The email we sent out about the Jacuzzi use was simply to inform and remind those of our rules that we have put in place. The actual people involved were not leaseholders, and were trespassing in our amenity area. We have since caught those involved, and will continue to enforce all of our community rules so that our Residents here can enjoy our amenities. We go to great lengths to create a beautiful pet friendly community, and do multiple property walks a day to ensure cleanliness. Please let our staff know if you ever see a pet owner not cleaning up after their animal, as we do consider this a serious lease violation.
