|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — I really like these apartments. Plenty of room and great price for what you get. They are a little pricey but it is worth your every dollar for what you get. The management and maintenance are great and get everything done very quickly.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Mesa Falls is all inclusive, so you don't have to worry about missing out on important amenities. The staff and management are very helpful and easy to work with. I never hear the neighbours below me, but the upstairs neighbour and the ones next to us are either loud or the walls ceiling are very thin. The maintenance is incredibly fast, usually within the hour from what we've experienced. Mesa Falls is definitely on the higher end as far as price in Rexburg, but you are paying for the extra amenities and new facility. Over all, I would definitely recommend it.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds with Amazing Staff — Mesa Falls has so many GREAT amenities Not only does everything they offer allow us to live more comfortably, but it feels like home. The apartments are laid out wonderfully and make it easy to set up in any way you want.

We understand it is an apartment and that is what you have to live with, but it was overly loud every day and into the night. Other than that Mesa Falls has been a great place to live, great location, great ward, great amenities, great apartment.
|Recommended: NoThis is a nice place to live. — Mesa Falls is great, we love the fun atmosphere which is provided. We often use the gym, basketball court, and hot tub. We do wish there was more storage space such as a coat closet, and larger bathroom - for a two bedroom apartment, it is rather small.

|Recommended: YesNice Place to Stay — The apartment was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had only a few problems that were handled quickly and professionally. Parking can be a bit tough around the clubhouse area. The WiFi inside the apartment unit needs some TLC. Newer buildings have faster internet. We would come back if we needed to.

The maintenance staff always comes when they can and it is usually the day of. They are very nice and easy to work with. The clubhouse is a plus and it is very fun to have that luxury.
|Recommended: YesBest place in Rexburg — We have lived at Mesa Falls for about 4 months now and we have loved every minute of it. The apartments are not only new, they are kept up with. In our first month we had a pipe under our sink spring a leak and we called maintenance. They were in our kitchen fixing the leak within 8 hours. The maintenance person was very nice and very professional. We love the place and plan to stay until we graduate.
