|Recommended: YesBest living experience in Rexburg — For most newly weds a great location to live is important. Most will try to stay under a budget. Although the price is a little higher than in other apartments, it is definitely worth it. Life just got better.

The amenities are great The staff is great I love that there are pet stations everywhere. it makes it very convenient to take my dog out. The only complaint I have is that I an always hear the people above me. I don't know if its because they're loud or it just the apartments. But I knew that might be something I'd have to deal with living on the first floor.

|Recommended: YesBest place in Rexburg — We lived at Mesa Falls for 2 and a half years. We don't have a bad thing to say about it. The thing we were most pleased about was the insulation. We rarely ever heard our neighbors below us and they said they never heard us either when we asked them, and we were running 1,000 watt surround sound. Other than that, management was great as well and maintenance was dependable. Would definitely recommend to all of our friends.

If you live by the dog park you will hear the Dogs. the Clubhouse is the best one I have ever seen Plenty of parking. I have never had trouble finding a spot right next to my apartment.
