|Recommended: YesSo nice but.. — Like it a lot here it’s very beautiful I love nature and the paths around. I love my apartment it feels like home. My only problem is that for a 1bed1bath for a 3rd floor it seems a bit pricy. But for the experience overall I do like living here and the price is something I can look past.

Office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful - they do an amazing job of knowing their tenants, and are quick and efficient. |Recommended: YesNorthgate Review — I've been a tenant at Northgate for almost 2 years and as far as I'm concerned this property is the gold standard. The rent is very reasonable and my neighbors are friendly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. These two departments work together like a well oiled machine. I feel like a valued tenant. A house is just a building but a home is a feeling and that is why I call Northgate home

|Recommended: YesI've been living here for a bit over 2 years now, and I left a positive review after I initially moved in and got a sense of the complex and staff. I don’t usually leave multiple reviews for the same property, but I felt it was warranted here.
More recently management had to handle a highly non-standard situation involving a concern for my safety. Without getting into specifics, I can say they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and handled the matter as close to perfectly as I could expect under the circumstances.
Issues can happen anywhere how they’re handled is what matters. Based on my experience, the management here takes resident safety and concerns seriously and acts decisively when it counts.

|Recommended: YesNew to Poky — Apartment is clean -modern- wish they would have a walk in shower- the grounds are clean and maintenance is too notice. Office is always quick to respond and remedy any concern.
