|Recommended: YesLife at the Parkway Apartments — We have lived here for a month and are very happy with everything about the community. The property staff have been very responsive and helpful with the processes etc. We were fortunate to get a garage unit, however, have decided the extra cost is not worth it for us so are instead going to get 2 carport spaces. I would say that the availability of open parking spaces seems very limited as more people move in and seems either have multiple cars per residence and many don't want to pay for the carport spaces. Makes it a challenge when our family comes to visit to find a spot close to our building apartment...thus our reasoning for getting 2 carport spots.
Maintenance staff have been great to address some minor issues from our move in inspection sheet.
Already can tell that the construction is quality. We are ground level apartment and don't have anyone as of yet above us so can't address if we are going to be able to hear our upstairs neighbors. We do have neighbors next door and don't hear anything from common walls.
One thing that would be nice would be more bike storage...and ideally an indoor secure bike storage since the one bike rack available is overflowing with bikes and the apartment does not allow storage of bikes on patios for aesthetic reasons.
Amenities are extremely nice and looking forward to having the pool open. Grandkids love coming to visit and playing in the arcade...hope someone can figure out how to actually access all the video games.
Overall extremely pleased and glad we chose the Parkway Apartments.

|Recommended: YesPick Parkway — I have only been living here for a short while but I have really enjoyed what I’ve seen of the office management and the area and general things around The people in the office are so nice and easy to work with and very straightforward. No hidden things added to anything and that has been very nice
I haven’t dealt with the maintenance staff myself but my husband says they’re very easy to work with and they have resolved all the issues he’s had within the day
No complaints about anything tbh I would recommend Parkway to my friends and family

Staff is cool and easy to deal with, and maintenance doesn’t drag their feet. Location’s great too. Overall just a really easy place to live....

|Recommended: YesGreat management, great gym, huge hot tub, pool, basketball gym, dog spa, and more amenities coming. Maintenance guys are awesome. Club House is super spacious. Apartments are modern and spacious. This is our third different apartment from Kartchner and would definitely recommend this apartment. Having great management makes all the difference. We can't say enough how amazing the management has been to us and our dogs .

Living here feels more like staying at a resort than just another apartment complex. The amenities are great, with an amazing indoor gym, heated pool, and a super relaxing Jacuzzi.
What truly sets Parkway apart though, is the amazing staff. Maddie, along with the rest of the team, creates a welcoming environment where tenants feel mode like friends than neighbors. They’re always professional, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need.
Overall, it’s been an outstanding experience combining comfort, convenience, and a real sense of community.
