|Recommended: YesBest Community Ever — These have been by far the cleanest, modern, and well maintained apartments I have had an overall excellent experience The manager and the staff have been amazing and always on top of everything, and they keep the community very clean The noise cancellation is really good because I hear very minimal noise, which is awesome because I am on the first floor From the amenities to your apartment, designated parking, garages, visitor parking, dog area, and dog friendly. I recommend living at The Residences at First Street It exceeded my expectations that I am renewing my lease The interior of the apartment is very modern, new, and clean. It’s so clean that it’s as if no one has lived in it before because it literally looks new Thank you The Residences at First Street for being such an excellent community and everything that you do

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We have only lived in a couple of apartment buildings, but this one by far is the best place we've lived. We always recommend to our friends to give this place a look before looking anywhere else. The staff here are always attentive when there is an issue. They are super friendly in the office and out on the grounds.

|Recommended: YesPretty good place — Pretty good except the apartments hvac is poorly designed and the gym is only available when someone doesn’t reserve the club house. The only way to know is to get there and find the gym locked.

|Recommended: NoIt's Ight — It's like jelly donuts. Looks nice on the outside, not so great on the inside. The balconies are made of papier-mache, if you lean against the railing there's a 80 chance it's going to break off and you'll fall, it's not worth the rent cost, the owners obviously went the cheapest route and then jacked up the prices to make a huge profit. The gym is WAY too hot in the winter. As far as apartments in Idaho Falls, it's definitely one of the nicest in town, but I've lived in lots of apartments all over the state and on the east coast that are way better bang for your buck.
We appreciate you letting our staff know your issues with the patio stucco, as well as the fitness center temperature being too warm. I reached out today to see if maintenance could come look at your patio railing, as that is bolted and secured into in the underlying wood structure and should not be loose. We hope adding window tint to the Fitness Center, as well as keeping the temperature set to 68 degrees will improve your workout experience. As always, please feel free to reach out to our office with any concerns or suggestions on improving our community.

Few small issues like no coat closet in apartment, ground floor is very cold in winters, and apartment don't allow dead bolt to be installed on Main door. No free storage facillity. Other than this all other facilities are very good. Maintenance team is excellent and very friendly.
